This partially furnished, fairly new bright, above ground 2 bedroom suite is located on 5 rural acres just a minute off the Trans Canada Hwy and only 15 minutes from Langford and Mill Bay. A 4x4 is recommended but not absolutely necessary.
The suite has its own driveway (parking for 2 or more vehicles) and private access to suite. There are bevelled glass French doors between the living room (with backup propane stove) and the 2nd bedroom (with extra-large windows) so could be used as an extension to living room if desired. The washroom facilities are centrally located on the same level as the extra-large master bedroom. There are 3 levels in the suite so tenants must be physically capable. There are laminate floors throughout, decent sized kitchen with separate dining area with sliding glass door to the private patio, and yard.
The rent is $1500 per month which includes SHAW WI-FI, hydro, crystal clear mountain fresh water, recycling pick up and propane for the independent heat source. Landlord has excellent references and expects same of potential tenants.
