Short-term rental available, from December to April. I have a room available for an interested female in a beautiful home in Langford. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and you will have your own bathroom and access to all common areas. The home is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath, built in 2016. Heat/AC, electricity, laundry, internet and cable are all included in the rent. There is room to park a small car in the driveway. I do not have pets and this is a non-smoking home. The rental dates are somewhat flexible so if you think this may be a good fit for you, please contact me with some basic info about yourself and we can schedule a viewing. Asking $750/month for one person. Would consider a couple at $1400/month.
