Comfy large sectional couch in Malahat, British Columbia for sale

The good: This couch is very large and very comfortable. It has a cool modern style and gets lots of compliments. It's a great length for a nap or to accommodate a guest. The covers are removable for washing.
The bad: There is some cat damage and it has lived in a house with pets it's whole life. It could use a good cleaning. But if you want it to look brand new it would need a new slipcover ( if you have the skills all the current covers attach with Velcro so it would be a good project!)
