WANTED: needing donations free or cheap for Nicaragua in Malahat, British Columbia for sale

A young man I know personally is riding and training his horses and only has flip flops to wear. He needs some cowboy boots, size 11/12 (men's). Also I'm hoping to find him a cowboy hat, and 2 bridles with reins for small horses. (Bitless, or bit) The horses are pretty much large pony size. 13-14 h. The bridle and reins he currently is using look like hay bale twine.
Most pressing need is for the cowboy boots. But the other items would be awesome too. Rope style bitless bridles would be great. Leather tends to get crusty and moldy in the heat and humidity there.
Nicaragua is a very poor country and even if he had money, you can't even buy the boots or any horse equipment on the island he lives on.
