Cheap short term rental on acreage. PET FRIENDLY! in Malahat, British Columbia

Room for rent on small farm acreage in the Highlands.
Room is available March 1st, March 15th, or April 1st.
Short term rental, as our lease runs out July 1st. We may have the option to renew the lease at that point. We were previously renting this room out for $650/month, we have dropped the rent to $500/month hoping to find someone who is ok with renting for a short amount of time. (now til lease end)
We're looking to rent out the master bedroom in our 3 bedroom house. We're all in our mid 20's and would prefer someone around the same age as us, but we're open to anyone who's drama free. Current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend and we need to fill his spot!
$500/month plus utilities (usually about $20-25/month). We heat the house with a wood stove so that keeps the bills a lot lower than they usually would be for a house.
The master bedroom was added on to the house a few years ago and is HUGE. Approx 20'x14', with a huge closet.
Pet friendly, we currently have 1 lab sized dog and a cat. The house sits on 3 acres so there's plenty of room for pets. There's a chicken coop if you're interested in raising chickens, we used to but didn't have the time to keep up with it. There's also 3 barns on the property, so lots of room for storage. A spot in the garage for your car can be negotiated at an extra cost if needed, or there's plenty of room to park outside on our property. Lots of room for boats, quads, dirt bikes, and other toys. We've even got a dirt bike trail running around the outside loop of the property.
We may also have the option of one of the current roommates taking the larger room, and renting out our smaller bedroom for $400/month.
