I'm looking for a room mate to share my 4-bedroom house in the Kettle Creek area of Langford from November 1 or 15.
You will get your own level of the house, including; your own large room, your own bathroom, your own living area, your own entrance, use of a guest room, shared laundry, shared kitchen, shared office area, parking spot in the driveway, and use of the large south-facing deck and yard (including shed). The space can be furnished or un-furnished depending on your needs. Pets negotiable depending on the pet.
The house is new, modern and tastefully decorated and backs onto forest and trails with Langford lake a 5 minute walk away. The highway is less than a 5 minute drive from the house and downtown takes 20 minutes so it's great for commuting up or down the highway. The rest of Langford is all about a 5 - 10 minute drive away. The house is also surrounded by amazing hiking trails and Goldstream forest is literally next door.
I want a professional, clean, tidy, respectful person, who wants to live in a nice home with myself and my small dog. I am also open to students and can possibly provide a ride to Royal Roads.
Ideally I'm looking for a long-term (six months to a year) tenant but I will consider month-to-month. The rent is $850, plus a share of the bills (hydro, water, garbage, cable, internet).
I am a professional woman in her 30s who works locally; I have a small dog who is incredibly friendly and well behaved. I am quiet and tidy and spend a lot of time out but also like to relax at home with a glass of wine.
