We have a room available for an interested female in our beautiful home in the Kettle Creek neighbourhood of Langford. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and you will have your own bathroom and access to all common areas. The home is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath built in 2016. Heat/AC, electricity, laundry, internet and cable are all included in the rent. There is room to park a small car in the driveway.
We are a couple in our early 30s, the reason for renting is because my husband will be working out of area for several months and I am open to having some company during this period. I will also be out of province for much of this time so as the tenant, you would have the house to yourself for a couple of months. I do work from home so having a respectful, trustworthy tenant is the greatest priority both when I am at home and during the time I am away. We do not have pets and this is a non-smoking home.
