Wanted shared Accomodation Aug 1st in Malahat, British Columbia

We are a couple, both 62, mature, reliable, friendly, honest. Both Chefs, and we have a Bradley smoker, and plenty of kitchen equipment. (Can be put in storage if needed.) Rick makes all kinds of smoked foods, a great steak, rolladen, and much more. Karen can cook anything including pastries, and deserts. He is a mechanic, musician, comes with a full tool chest and more. He has 3 guitars an awesome sound system and over 800 lps. We are both good with business matters, including taxes, both personal and business. Looking for long term, at least 1 bedroom. Have rented the same home for over 12 years. Now, Ricks father passed, and we need a lower rent.
