Mechanical problems are minimal for the age of the vehicle and it has been well serviced throughout its lifetime. Cosmetic damage near the bumper as seen in the last photo. There are no fluid or roof leaks.
The van used to be a fleet vehicle for the BC government who did the propane conversion, then was converted into a camper van. Can provide VIN. Both previous owners would have taken good maintenance, hence why it passes inspection with no issues despite the high KMs and age
