26' 1989 kit companion 5th wheel in Malahat, British Columbia for sale

I have a fifth wheel for sale. I have owned this for about 4 years. I do not use it enough, and it is a little big for 1 person, so it has to go. the bad...There is a couple soft spots in the floor where a little water got in from an open skylight (very minor), and a few cabinet doors that need to be clamped, and glued as the joints are starting to let go. the good...I put brand new tires on it less then a year ago, and they have less them 100 km on them. the brakes, and bearings ect are all good. I did the axle flip when I bought it to get the extra clearance. It has air conditioning, electric heat, and a propane furnace. double sink, 4 burner stove and oven, 3 way fridge and freezer, a cabinet to put a microwave in, brand new queen size mattress, still in original wrapping never slept on (not in photo), awning is in good condition, although it could use a wash. sleeps 6, lots of storage, good layout, bathtub, tv antenna, stereo, hot water tank, everything you might need. The last owner put a new fresh water holding tank in it,I have not flashed up the furnace or hot water in about 2 years, but everything worked great then. Put a battery or 2 in it and a couple propane tanks and you will be ready for may long weekend, and the rest of the summer. Serious inquires only. check out my other adds
